Copalli Spirits: Selling Rum DTC
Copalli spirits is a 9 year old imported rum made in the rainforests of Belize. Cultivar was hired for a long term project 18 months, to study, create and execute a DTC infrastrucutre to compliment Coaplli’s limited wholesale footprint. (Three states as of August 2024). Cultivar delivered a program and hired agencies to support the project with services ranging from media buying, PR, Social media and creative execution. Cultivar managed the agency search to find the creative and media shops. The program was supported by a strong DTC retail partner and offered Copalli access to 35+ states with a compliant shipping model. The program was margin acretive in year 5.
