Pathway to Profitability program for small Dry Creek Valley winery

Nalle Winery has been producing award winning wines from their Dry Creek winery for 50+ years. Their channel mix is 80-20 (DTC vs. Wholesale). They operate a tasting room and run a robust wine club. Now in the hands of of “Gen2” Cultivar Marketing was engaged to do a full sales plan and channel audit. Known as Pathway to Profitability, this audit creates a three-year sales plan by channel based on existing DTC metrics, combined with industry benchmarks. The program also includes recommendations to improve exiting sales efficiiency using RFM analysis and application. Cultivar worked with the winerie’s existing club and social media consultant to gain insights.
